We all know at least one poisonous mushrooms, and maybe an intoxicating one as well, but do you know the edible ones, apart from those you can buy in a store? Discover the vast variety of delicious mushrooms growing wild, their tastes and textures. Join us to find out what delicacies Lappish nature has to offer when the days are getting shorter, the nights colder and nature puts on its most colourful coat.

Sami Tallberg, a Finnish wild food expert, will take you foraging in the beautiful Ylläs nature, pass on his knowledge about the amazing wild mushrooms in the area and let you in on the secrets of cooking simple but gorgeous food with what we gather on our trips into the surrounding area. Get inspired by Sami and what nature has to offer! Find joy in roaming through forests and along river beds, relax and connect with your surrounding to find the deliciousness laying at your feet.
